Rhea Hatfield has been with KEMI since January 2018. Before joining the Loss Education and Safety Team, she worked as a Call Director in the Center for Assistance where she handled customer service calls.

A native of Lexington, Rhea attended Transylvania University, where she graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Management and a minor in Studio Art.  Prior to working at Kemi, she worked for the Lexington Police Department as a Traffic Safety Officer and with Cinemark Theatres.
