Joe Allen has worked with KEMI since 2004. He has been with the safety and loss control team for 12 years. Prior to that time, Joe worked with the claims department as a senior claim examiner. Prior to his time with KEMI, he worked as a safety coordinator in the hospitality industry where he conducted safety inspections and conducted safety training.

Joe received a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology with a specialization in occupational safety and health from Western Kentucky University. He completed the Certified Safety and Health Specialist program through Eastern Kentucky University. In addition, Joe is an OSHA general industry instructor and an ASHI certified CPR/AED and first aid instructor. He also teaches forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift training classes for KEMI policyholders.
